StudyDeck is a free, browser-based educational platform that provides interactive quizzes, flashcards, spaced repetition, and course materials for academic study. The Service operates entirely within your web browser and stores data locally on your device.

- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

The StudyDeck platform, including its source code, design, and educational content, is open source. The quiz questions, flashcards, and course materials are created for educational purposes. Some content may be derived from publicly available academic resources and course materials.

6. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The content is accurate, complete, or current

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyDeck and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Since the Service does not require an account, there is no formal termination process. You may stop using the Service at any time. You can clear all locally stored data by clearing your browser storage or using the "Reset All Progress" option on the Progress page.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service maintainers reside, without regard to conflict of law principles.
